Returns & Exchanges

 Starting online returns is easy  
* Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 
* Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, 
only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 
* Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
* We do not offer free returns. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

What items are returnable?
* 30-Day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
*  Unused/unworn items, defective items, or incorrect sizing. 
*  Swimwear bottoms must be tried on with undergarments, any bottoms soiled will not be accepted.
*  Item(s) must be in the original packaging with all the tags and hygiene liners in tact. 

What items are non-refundable?  
* Only defective or faulty items are considered for refunds, at this stage, change of mind is not accepted.
* Incorrectly sized items.
* Gift cards. 
* Sale items.
* Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

The fastest way to ensure you get the size you're after, is to return the item as soon as possible. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. 

Refund solutions  
* Refund to original payment method for faulty items.
* Store credit or exchange for other returns.

How soon will I get my refund?  
* After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.

Postage Rates:
This is a rough guide to my postage costs within Australia and international. All final postage costs are calculated at checkout. Postage cost varies on country and weight of the items inside the parcel.
**All parcels are shipped with Australia Post**

Costs by parcel weight (AUS):
Up to 0.5 kg = $10 standard, $12 express
Between 0.5 kg and 1 kg = $13 standard, $16 express
Between 1 kg and 3 kg = $16 standard,  $19 express
3 kg and up = $20 standard, $25 express
**All costs will be finalised at checkout*
Please note, all custom charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customers. Legally we cannot price the item differently than what shows on documentation. If shipping is delayed, please contact the postal company, if you are international there may be delays with customs clearance.

Once your item has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can track your order. The tracking number may not show all tracking information straight away as parcels are generally sent the day after an order is placed.

I have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from my end. Please contact Australia Post directly if there are any issues with shipping or tracking. Contacting Australia Post directly will be the most efficient way to get an instant response regarding the whereabouts of your parcel or any issues.

To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. If any information from your address is missing (e.g. unit number), the parcel will most likely be returned to me. In this case the customer will need to pay for a second lot of postage so the item can be sent out again. So, please make sure you have confirmed your address or changed it in your account so this does not happen. If there are any issues please contact me.
